If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at email@example.com and attach photos of the errors.
You have 14 days of your purchase to Exchange your item(s).
If there is an issue with your order (damage, delivery issue, etc) you MUST notify us within 30 days for resolution. After 30 days, we cannot issue any refunds, exchanges or replacements.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
Personalized items, clearance items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
